Very good, and it looks like you spent a lot of time into this. However. I must recommend some improvement:
-Hands. They're kinda... Strange. I'm not sure how to put it.
-Cars are just a liiiiiittttle bit too bumpy.
That's all I really have to say about that. Now, some really cool qualities:
-That smoke effect when the auditor was shot at was awesome.
-The landscape looks huge! It looks like there's a whole WORLD out there. Very nice.
